• This is a free support service

• If the Property Toolbox Mortgage Originator submits your home loan application, you can get up to 0,2% x the bond amount back as a cash-back.

• This paid to you after on the registration of your home loan in the deeds office.

• The same discount will apply.

 

Rent2buy Finance Application

• You can qualify for up to 0,8 % x the value of property purchased through the R2B Finance concept

 

Legal Fees – Transfer and Bond Registration fee

Estate Agent Commission
